In winter, you indulge in our beef daube, onion soup, chicken pie, or our Dauphinois gratin.
With the arrival of spring come the early asparagus from Pertuis, sea-bass carpaccio with a drizzle of olive oil from the Domaine, small stuffed vegetables from the garden, or lamb from La Quille.
For dessert, we succumb to the fine apple tart, our chocolate fondant served with cardamom ice cream, or the creme brûlee with honey from the Domaine

Faithful to the spirit of a countryside Inn, our restaurant in Puy-Sainte-Reparade only works with local products, fresh and unrefined, most often sourced from our neighboring producers and farmers in the nearby villages.
